I love them old tunes, sort of make you want to pat your foot and say AMEN-----some of you younger folks have never experienced an excited Christian feeling the Spirit. I remember !! then our churches went from that to when folks felt the Lord's presence they would raise an arm in the air----but---today, it is like our get up and go---got up and went----I went to a lay speaker's train thing for a week-end and in the closing they sang "VICTORY IN JESUS".... I swear, I thought that maybe the rafters were shaking, & I know the presence of the Holy Spirit was there with us......I was speaking to our church folks one time about the new music and I was told that times have changed and we need to learn the new stuff....I said Yes--I agree, but we have to sing it for several Sundays, it takes a while for some of us to learn the new stuff---that did not fit right or go over well......I am the "Stick in the Mud"----call me old fashioned, I don't care, I like anything that makes me feel closer to God..

When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound, and time shall be no more
And the morning breaks, eternal, bright and fair
When the saved of earth shall gather over on the other shore
And the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there

When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there

On that bright and cloudless morning when the dead in Christ shall rise
And the morning of His resurrection share
When His chosen ones shall gather to their home beyond the skies
And the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there

Let us labor for the Master from the dawn till setting sun
Let us talk of all His wondrous love and care
Then when all of life is over, and our work on earth is done
And the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there

When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there
