We appreciate your investment, tenacity and support for Alchemy. We are very much aware of the reporting requirements and timely filings.

Again, the company was dormant from 2010-2021 and now consists of a broader portfolio of operating entities and a new management team.

Our plan for current status and bounce from the skull requires additional third -party services, i.e., Auditor / Legal opinion etc. Those efforts are
being implemented as the company continues to actively engage with business opportunity and revenue generation.

We can look to continued updates during Q2 as our objective is a spot on the OTC QB.

I have no clue as to why you utilize my name on your posts and would appreciate your respect in that regard.

We achieved another industry milestone earlier this week and the site will reflect that accomplishment on Friday.
