I doubt it's insiders. This all would be chump change for them. Literally 220,000 shares showing up to 16. It's more likely that shares are being manuvered around in the event of a big run. Have to remember that this came back from the dead so as it gains life there's going to be behind the scenes manipulation of shares and positions. If they let it run with the small numbers of available shares we'd be at $100 pps by the end of the day. LOL
