My understanding is we’re just waiting on Chen Ren to make an announcement here in the United States.

DD indicates the reverse merger of one or more companies has been completed.

Even the removal of the shell risk on the otc indicate a material change has occurred in the company.

So the announcement along with a buyback announcement should be coming any moment, imo. GTTA
