Jimmy might ease the pain and hit up ecgi holdings for some of that dilution..For some reason jimmy is avoiding the forty acre lake county sale update from Jimmy's lmk capital to ecgi holdings, but Jimmy appears to have pulled off a nice gig with sgmd $250k deposit on the initial $1.4m purchase and flip it fairly quickly to ecgi for $4m cash and ecgi securities..(i believe $3.5m in securities..not sure how long jimmy needs to hold before selling)
