I hear some talk of this on this board, so who has bought those billions of shares?
Something to think about...
Its most definitely not by a single investor, as we are bound by not holding more than 5% of outstanding shares unless a schedule 13d/13g has been filed... I haven't seen one of those or in a filing.
Could be an institutional investor, but there again, they're bound by not holding more either 5% or maybe double that.
Those shares went into long hands that know the value and how cheap the price is.
