Hello $PVSP shareholders: We are pleased to announce we have signed a royalty agreement with a doctor who has licensed us the right to study and sell his Psilocybin proprietary compounds. We intend to advance many new formulations at our minority owned Biology lab in South Korea.

2. UPDATED Attorney Letter which leads to PINK CURRENT

Hello $PVSP shareholders: Our legal counsel just uploaded our new legal opinion to go Pink "current." Management believes there are no more hurdles and our Pink sign should be posted online in the next 5 business days. The company now is in compliance with the new 15c-211 rule.

3. RETIREMENT OF 1 BILLION SHARES CONFIRMED...

Hello $PVSP shareholders: We have been receiving alot of inquiries from shareholders regarding the reportedly rumored cancellation of 1 Billion common shares. The rumor is absolutely correct. We have a returned 1 Billion share cert at the TA in process of being cancelled.
