LMAO a 1.3m bid??? crooks. Then I bet 10-to-1 they have a multi-million sale deal on the mexico license lined up with someone. they sure as F are not going to spend 1.3m without a 3x-5x ROI on that.

think about it- the company is still producing revenue more than likely (I would be hella surprised if not) -Merida could simply restructure debt, Carlos could fight to protect company / shareholders and Merida gets paid long term. Remember, GRLB is in CH11 with protections. This is a forced-sale setup IMO 'Gordon Gecko' style, and Carlos would have to be in on it.
