Mr Heim has over 30 years of executive business management experience and has been responsible for capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, strategic business development, and other corporate activities for private and public entities. This includes the management of numerous companies with involvement from inception through growth, sale, merger, and/or initial public offering. During his career he has managed Initial and Secondary Public Offerings as well as private financing.
