I understand this argument and can see that as a valid POV. Why would a CEO leave a huge opportunity up to chance though? The whole business model can’t be based on legislation, that seems irrational. Those might be accelerants or detractors - but They alone do not shape the timing of a business. If anything, they would release info before hand to ramp up visibility with partners so that they can be ready to launch (if/when) legislation gets passed. I’m still of the opinion that things are on a JV or partnership timeline. Just my .02.
