The only thing that's really a concern to me is just what is the company really worth right now. I was under the impression they had already invested the 5 million from the slideshow which included some crypto so I was thinking their assets were pretty valuable as crypto has went up a lot this year. Think of it this way- say I started a holdings company and went public on otc. I then waited til the stock price moved up as I gave a presentation on expected profits and whatnot for the future and my current investments, yet instead of having current investments I was simply planning on selling the shares which were inflated due to people thinking I had already made the investments. its like a roundabout like what assets do they actually have now. is it just the one JV contract?

P.S. not sure if that's makes sense it made sense in my head tho
