Is not a stupid question at all, in fact is one os the possibilities. Specially when the min SP for Nasdaq is $4, but you do not want to uplist to Nasdaq, go to $3.5 because of the shorts and get delisted... that would be a major mess... I would say (JMO) the min SP should be around $8.

Are we gonna get there by pure organic major revenue increase and natural SP? I hope so. If we have to do reverse split to go to Nasdaq, the goal deserves it. No the best option of course, but the possible benefits of trading in Nasdaq could offset the reverse split.

If by then, SIRC is reporting let's say 200M with an Outstanding of 400M that would be a 0.5 SP 1:1. If by then we are trading at a conservative x4, we would have $2 SP. Then we would require a 4 to 1 reverse.
If MZ do an outstanding job and we are trading at x10, we would have SP 5... Could be feasible, too tight I would say. I do not like reverse splits. You loose shares but you win SP. Specially going into Nasdaq could be very beneficial.
I am on another company which is on the process to uplist to Nasdaq and they did a 5 to 1 reverse split. I did not like it, but I will take it. It wont be an OTC...
Hard to say at this stage... So many new good things coming.
