Crypto Dark Winter is coming. ❄️ #Bitcoin

Everything that ADIA/Homeland Forensics does in the future revolves around peer-to-peer cryptoeconomics. A crypto crash now will last for 3-5 years and be very helpful.
Reports are saying the SEC lawsuit against Ripple resulted today in an order for the SEC to produce copies of all correspondence and internal documents pertaining to its hands-off approach (so far) to the inherent securities investment contract nature of Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Even if the SEC does not designate Bitcoin and Ethereum to be securities, which is something they certainly could do, a Democrat-controlled Congress might enact legislation making this designation.
There is no meaningful difference between a "common enterprise" and a "decentralized common enterprise" therefore the crypto industry must have some new and different method of differentiating true cryptocurrency from legacy investment securities masquerading as coins.
That is all.
