95% with owner. 5% for the public. Wall street won't let it go high for pvt gains. He has to offload more shares to give more to the street funds. Otherwise we will languish here only if he is going to leave only 5% for the public, he can as well take it private like his old company of 35 years ago.. the street does not like this model and that is why they are completely shorting it to not let it go up and his greedy 95% stake skyrocket..
