I saw that signal once, elsewhere.. held a bag (14 mil at 0.00027) for 3 years, watching 850mil offered on the ask at 0001 over "no bid", getting slowly whittled down on maybe 10 mil shares a week volume. 12/2/20, someone drops an order for 2 BILLION at 0001 (a $200,000 commitment..). I saw this, but failed to recognize it.. so I sold on 12/4 at 0003, and missed the ride to $0.0348 in early February. That's a $488k lotto ticket I sold for $4,200. NEVER AGAIN! When I see a whale buying a billion or more shares of anything cheap, I'll be looking for a seat on that rocket....
