What did that mean? People made the mistake to think that it meant to CANCEL the whole Custodianship process. NOT CORRECT. It did not cancel the whole process, it meant to cancel the hearing. Why did that happen? With everything that was going on with DTCC where the shares had a Global Lock, due to the audit of the valid and invalid shares. On March 23rd I emailed DTCC and I received this response.

SUBJ:RE: CUSIP 98416T108 Suspension of DTC Services

"DTC is working with the issuer’s agent to resolve several issues relating to the name change/reverse split. The CUSIP will remain globally locked until the matters are resolved so that the name change/reverse split can be effectuated. DTC will continue to update this event as information is received.

Custody is a service that we provide to our participants where they can keep their certificates in our vault and we hold them for safekeeping but do not provide any other asset serving on those securities like corporate actions."

A few days after that the Lock was gone.

Now the Custodianship Termination is all that is left. The Custodianship termination can be agreed between the parties and the court can certify it. April 9 is the Status Check date. The court can certify on that date if there was an agreement between Custodianship Ventures and HOUMU. That is a real possibility. We have clearance from DTCC, we have the annual report filed with SOS Nevada, FINRA completed the name change. OTC is still Pink. The only thing left is the Termination of Custodianship.

If there is a hearing or not is irrelevant if there is an agreement to terminate between the parties and the court certifies it.
