Those are most likely Money Makers. They buy 500 million shares at 0.0001 and they sell them @ 0.0002 and above and they make a killing. They arent too worried about the stock rising through the roof - although they like to make the extra money for a while until they crash it again.
Unfortunately, this is the nature of the beast...
