Lannett to raise $350M in senior notes offering

Lannett (NYSE:LCI) plans to offer $350M principal amount of senior secured notes due 2026 in a private placement.
Notes are expected to bear interest that will be payable semiannually; notes will mature in April 2026.
Proceeds along with other borrowings and cash on hand to be used for repaying its existing term loan indebtedness.
Shares trading 0.89% higher premarket
