The only (2) market makers on this list you should focus on are CSTI & CDEL - both of these MM's are dominant in the OTC Market. Not sure what you mean by (is it good or bad), as without these kinds of MM's there would be less liquidity in the OTC Market - if you're asking if these MM's keep an orderly market, unfortunately, this is not always the case.

OTCX & ETRF offer trading platforms by third party brokerage firms, which can really be a gray area - as you see, they're typically not "directly" active in the daily trading.
