$ATWT - if you read the listing carefully on OTC Mkts you'll notice it is the amended filing of the Annual Report. The original one was filed on or about 3/21/21 - but on the Signature Page it had Alex Wiley's name as CEO. If you'll remember, Alex announced he was stepping down and putting Darnell in charge. That was announced on 10/13/2020 in the news section of OTC Mkts.

So the only thing that the Amended filing does is change Alex's name to Darnell's name so that the record is accurate.
