OT: GRSR ---> OTC LISTING

GiraSolar (GRSR) - applied for listing on the OTC back in Sept. 2006, and word is approval to begin trading on OTC could come anytime now.

- $51.9 million in revenue
- 12% of Spain's solar market
- trading below 1 times sales
- only 35 million shares outstanding
