Taking it one step further, I believe the hope that "true believers" harbor is that a white knight shall appear and do a buy out. This has about the same chance as Junkyard Man hitting a bonanza and let's face it, even if a bonanza were to suddenly materialize, the hobbyist wouldn't know what to do with it.
Gotta love the talk about open pit mining. A major commitment of beaucoup money based upon mining results achieved thus far....after a decade of pushing dirt back and forth. Whole bunch of majors standing in line to do that.
