Ailan, In the well report it says that they will enter the well and preform a sidetrack. In my experience the only time we sidetracked was when we were drilling on the edge of a lake, river or town. The other reason was when tools were lost in the hole like drill collars, logging tools etc. Why would they mention a sidetrack upon reentry. I do know the difference between a sidetrack and a horizontal, horizontal wells are all we drill here in the The Eagleford Shale in Texas.
