According to filing:re.com, INTK has been reinstated --their corporation filings are completed for reinstatement ---as well as taxes paid (Delaware?).

Next, we are waiting on INTK to get their financials filed so that they can become current.

Progress now can be seen. New investors are seeing value at these prices. The current market cap for INTK (global company)is a little over $8 million.

In the meantime, the CEO is building the business and developing new corporate relationships.
