Correct. Anyone who understands how the industry work knows the process and knows this well would be capped until all wells are drilled and infrastructure built which can take a few years before any farming starts. BP has wells nearby that found hundreds of millions of barrels and have been capped for later extraction. Had the results announced been 100% positive the company would still have taken the same steps. Common investors without industry knowledge don’t understand that, in their minds they expected the company to announce we found hundreds of millions of oil and we will start to extract.
