Have you gone over all the fins carefully before making statements of dilution applying here?
I think not. As TooFrank said rule 144 applies on $BRAV. What you may not know is those shares are compensation for the CEO’s salary over the years. He earned them. He also will be retiring half of those post RS. HOW BOUT THAT HUH? Did you know?
Someone will be buying up all those shares anyway. It’s all good. The only thing you need to be worried about is grabbing shares before 5/15. IMO
