OTC isnt about transparency, and there is NO reason NOT to sit on this and couple this news with a larger, contextual news release in 7 to 10 days. NOthing unethical about holding this back until it can be put into context.

The update was self-sabotaging to the point of WHY WOULD THEY DO IT?

Yes, transparency for a 10 or 20 or 30 or 100 dollar stock is necessary, BUT NOT AN OTC STOCK worth about 8 cents. No way.

Somebody is doin something.
