I don't think they are moving too slowly.....or to slowly.they are moving as fast as the federal government allows them to.either way compare this to PLNHF/Planet 13.2 completely different entities each with one retail cannabis store (this is the only thing they have in common).the market cap comparison is very different.Diego Pellicer only has this as an advantage over Planet 13.Diego Pellicer has been awarded dispensary of the year in the state that has at least,a few dispensaries.NOW -on the flip side.Diego Pellicer has done more reverse splits than Planet 13.NOW......axe yourself this------> if you were a customer standing in Diego Pellicer (maybe for the first time,or,the 420th time),what would you think as soon as you see the trophy/plaque on the wall that reads "Dispensary of the Year" for a few years for the STATE of Colorado ? do you think that that "title" has any street cred ?
