Scam companies don't spend many thousands of $$$ doing Audited Reports. Why do that if you're just cooking the numbers and selling shares? I'm predicting that the OTCQB listing occurs within weeks of the OTC being shown in the Annual Report that all the toxic debt has been cleared. I believe that's what been holding things up on that approval, but we'll soon see.

Numerous posters have already demolished the constant claim about dilution by showing that the RB Capital financing helped us remove 500 million outstanding shares while eliminating ALL TOXIC DEBT.That sounds like a pretty good deal for PCTL.
