Now that there’s no preferred layer issues and outstanding I suggest Ezra re-issues another bloc of preferred equal to control of the issued and outstanding again. Why not? It’s cheap @par and protects against any future reverse splits that are waiting in the wings. Ezra needs to have lock stock n two smoking barrels control and highly geared preferred with multiple voting per share and multiples on conversions to one is the way to go IMO. I’d put an anti dilutive clause in their too to keep any wolves away from the door as a poison pill in case any unwanted acquirers come sniffing around.
