Right now OTC out of favor because massive short campaign and every note holder cashed in in many stocks for massive dilution in March, so no new blood. Also lack of buying won't squeeze nothing and shorts wont short more. retail probably wants to risk coin stuff then try again. great news is back in style, good news so-so. and looks like crypto is king right now. All Axxa has to do is let some crypto pr loose and this flies
