I'm not an expert on this company (assuming that was directed at me). What I'm an expert at (arguably, according to the state board) is financial reporting / accounting. My comment was strictly centered around accounting as well as the time, money and effort in producing financials by mgmt, auditor changes and attorney red lines. Pharma is wildly complex as is producing 3 years of F/S.
