Merida will not be the only bid because ray and cliff will be bidding to try and oust merida from a hostile takeover . Merida wants to sell off assets and incorporate the mexico deal into there portfolio, If ray and cliff win shareholders will have a chance, this is not the first rodeo merida has done this, thats why they put carlos in charge because they knew he was lost,but they dont care as long as they have the mexico deal, sell whatever u can and good luck
