I could answer sarcastically, like the great financier Bernard Baruch joked in the 1920s when asked about his prediction for the market: "I can guarantee with 100% certainty that it will definitely fluctuate!!"

That aside, I would think if certain happenings align, like a large O+G contract, or the UK NHS starts ordering Annihilizers, we could easily move into the .25+ range. That doesn't include contracts for many other areas we haven't even heard anything about, like the huge agricultural market.

Just hopeful speculation of course, but the potential markets are certainly there.

With the coming reports, we'll have a pretty good idea of where things stand for this year in a few weeks.
