So much for Jimmy keeping his word. How many investors loaned money to the company via convertible notes and Jimmy held back stock issuance for 1, or 2 years? Was he waiting for the price to drop? Was he waiting for a stockholder vote to increase shares, because he didn't have the stock to issue. The same stock that he agreed to issue in a timely manner? To top it off, CEO, Mr Chan, doesn't pay the interest due per Convertible note agreements.
IMO- Jimmy only cares about Jimmy, his family, and his crew of buddies. His buddies that interchange their time between so many companies! Jimmy doesn't give a rats as@ about his investors.
