If you are correct, doesn't that tell you something, in and of itself?

If the company or note holders are selling at this level, doesn't that tell you that they do not have confidence that the pps is going to rise?

After all, if they did have confidence that the pps will rise, then why would they not wait to sell at at point in time at which the pps is much, much higher than it is now?
