Yeah raising corporate taxes is fine

They won’t pass their increased costs back to us....



If they do, then they will be at a competitive disadvantage to foreign manufacturers. Then we can cry horse shit tears over that.

The alternative is since they lived many years with a 35% tax rate and profited, they need not pass on anything at 28%. Because if they get too greedy, then they lose market share.
