I actually like the OTCBB and wouldn't mind to eventually graduate to NYSE/AMEX instead of Nasdaq. Why? Shorts seem to do a great job scaring the timid, un-educated investor for this stock. This leads to the people that have done their DD and have the means to purchase it at an extremely attractive price. That gig is up now though as it seems very strong hands are holding on to this stock.
Things take time with a pre-rev biotech. But that's standing the obvious, but it needs to be stated and re-stated again and again.

Necessary disclosures will be there on the 10-Q. Can't twist that.
