Companies tend to use reverse splits after they put out too many shares and dilute the stock. They believe that a recede split will make less shares available and make their company look more appealing to investors. In my opinion, it does very little to share price in the short term and usually just gives them the right to print more stocks and start the whole cycle again. Last year they voted to do a stock split and never did it. I think that they want it as an option but hopefully they won’t do it. We’ll have to wait and see. Good luck all. It’s a great company!
