Actually technically, it said signed. I'm not sure that you should expect an announcement the moment it is signed. But let's hope that's the case! And keep in mind, it said "expects". Nothing is done until it's done. Even an LOI can fall apart.

What is pretty certain though in my humble opinion, you don't become current without doing something real with the shell. So, it's just wait and see now.
