I still maintain it is shady market makers removing themselves from short positions and not diluting. Diluting would have let this run into the 3s and 4s before falling back down. Volume and trading patterns show a very short leash at every tick along the way as there appears to be a set amount that needs to be sold before it can go up a tick. $$$INCT$$$ amazing volume
