I'm most worried about the company ditching HISC for EVSY. If they decide not to take the OS/AS share structure in to consideration this stock is going to die a painful death, not that it already hasn't. Couldnt get much worse from this point PPS speaking. I've seen many of your posts on lawsuits. Have suits already been filed? Did anyone post where we can find info on such law suits? The problem with suits is they can drag out for many many years and nobody knows what the conclusion is going to be. With no info to the shareholders in site I'm beginning to think this stock is a lost cause. They have a great product and some great ideas but this foolishness is not the way to run a company.
