Sounds like a great plan, and makes sense, got to transfer some shares to new investors entering the stock as we go up.
I'll be doing similar, with all my shares in my main account be sold at long term cap gains. Any of those gains may get swung back in during the consolidation phases. Then I also have my Roth account, which is nice to have to swing it, and then can grow with the company, as well.

My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
