it is the old question, is the cart before the horse.
setting up charging stations does not address the problem at hand.
as a matter of fact it is entirely dependent on the existing rather than the up and coming. bad judgement in my opinion, chinese-centric. tmrc will still progress but the point of the biden spear is miss directed.
