I choose to read the actual data in its 10-K, 10-Qs.

Newbies: SEC’s NT gives PCTL a 2-wk extension.
SEC filings under an NT are still considered timely.

Newbies: note OTC Markets has PCTL’s QB appl.
as in-process; they have said zero to the contrary.

My previous post provided SEC citation re to NTs.
and I posted OTC Markets site’s QB appl. receipt.

Looking forward to PCTL’s filing of their 2020 10-K
any day now, and to its 2021 Q-1 in early/mid-May.
