Difficult to-say if Nipton has a pulse !!!

Though I am willing to accept a concrete answer confirmed by American Green ..... while ignoring the opinion's of others !!! .....

Anyone following the ERBB Board over time would never expect to encounter mutual agreement relative to much of anything whatsoever !!! ..... based upon my decade-plus of following what has become ..... American Green .....

I located this information when cross-checking the Nipton allegations relative to claims of foreclosure ..... according to the L.A. Times .....

A few points in the story stand out to me: .....

"However, American Green says the sale includes the provision that it continue with its project to transform the 80-acre town on the edge of the Mojave Desert into a cannabis-themed resort."

"Under terms of this month’s sale, American Green said, Delta International assumes $3.7 million of American Green’s debt and gives American Green $4 million in preferred Delta stock.

Meanwhile, American Green says it signed a contract to continue to develop the town for the next five to 10 years."

So ..... from my perspective ..... this leaves the Nipton issue hanging on an uncertain thread ..... which can only be understood by way of clearly informed disclosure !!! .....

Why would American Green want to abandon the rights to continue developing Nipton !!! ? ..... and why would the former owner be comfortable relinquishing their revenue stream by consenting to such an agreement ? ..... since that choice would appear to be a very poor business decision ? .....

If Delta International had any real visionary insight and sufficient capital to operate with ..... they would likely take charge and develop the Nipton Hemp-oriented concept I had proposed ..... because it could be a "Big-Winner" on many fronts ..... and most likely garner Federal financial support ..... measured in millions of dollars ..... along with incentive-oriented tax breaks ..... due to the nature of the social empowering and ecological component of my proposed strategy !!! .....

Congressional inaction has always been a major factor relative to constraining the empowerment of the entire Cannabis-Hemp sector ..... while ONLY NOW Congress appears to be jockeying to make substantive and practical legal changes .....

It remains to be seen if President Biden has sufficient vision to set bold fiscal change in motion ..... by way of empowering the Cannabis-Hemp sector with its alleged 25,000 commercial applications ..... Naturally ..... opening the doors toward "common-sense banking" for the "green-sector" could get the proverbial "ball-rolling" in a major way ..... helping the American economy get back on its feet !!! .....

For seeming decades I have been stating ..... "Whomever dominates planetary Cannabis-Hemp Markets will become a global model of success and authority in every respect imaginable" ..... So far ..... nobody has stepped forward to challenge my assertion !!! ..... and only President Reagan had been willing to consider the vector of my cognitive input !!! .....
