All I can say is Pillsworth better do what is right for shareholders and for himself, if he wants to move forward. And that is taking legal action.
Pillsworth still has a chance to clean up the mess and move forward. But that won't happen until he can explain through legal means and an audited account of where the company assets are. These assets not only belong to the company, but to all the shareholders.
