I agree that any dead ticker can come back to life for a variety of reasons and afford an opportunity for traders to make money. But after following this ticker for the past 11 years, even in this crazed stimulus driven market, I don't believe dredging up an old press release from 4 years ago will do it. Especially when it was noted that the agreement with SAINT Brand Cannabis was unwound in 2017. But knowing that, if people still want to play this ticker, best of luck to them.
