The Decider's cheerleaders are desperately afraid of the new Congress because it will shine light on the past 6 years of the failures at the WH.

The WH has now backpedaled regarding their "right" to conduct warrantless wiretapping - with the urging of the new Congress and threat of a law suit, the WH decided to follow the law.
