If the sand is 500 ft thicker than anticipated it means a longer Wire Line Logging program...could take a week easily, they may have to wipe or clean the hole in between runs if the wireline starts having issues with "stickiness"...they will most likely take the reservoir fluid samples and perform "pump-outs" on drill pipe to alleviate sticking logging tools in hole...usually they will log and then record Pressure Points on Wireline then revert to Drill Pipe because sometimes samples can take hours to retrieve with an MDT (Modular Dynamic Formation Tester)...so everyone needs to CHILL and be PAYtient....
